Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort

This place was wonderful. Great amenities but not over the top fancy. The food was good but the location was great. Our room walked right out to the pools and bar with a view of the ocean. The beach views were great. It was perfect for swimming and walking the coastline. Julio was so great to bring us chairs every morning with a smile.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were clean with some flaws with the layout particularly in the villas studio. We are return guests so are familiar with the restaurant which we didn’t go to this trip. Security at the hotel is useless and has been that way for years, typically laziness. Most staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Most of fellow guest goers are friendly but they’re some that rude especially on the beach. Like to give an extra thumbs up to employees, Julio, Ariel R. and Joel A for make our stay a little better.

I JUST WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN THERE THREE TIMES IN THE PAST 2 YEARS AND EACH TIME I CAME I HAD THE PLEASURE OF BEING ASSISTED BY THE MOST PLEASANT TOWEL WOMAN. HER NAME IS SANDRA MORA AND SHE IS SO KIND AND PLEASANT. IT IS BECASUE OF HER SERVICE AND KINDNESS THAT I HAVE RETUNED TO YOUR FACILITY. THERE ARE SO MANY PLACES TO CHOOSE FROM WHEN I COME THERE BUT I WILL CONTINUE TO COE TO THE DIVI BECAUE OF PEOPLE LIKE HER. THANK YOU AND HER FOR YOUR EXCELLANT SERVICE!!

The room was completely moldy. Complained to corporate. They did nothing about it. Didn’t even respond. Went to the front desk when I was there. They gave me a dehumidifier which that filled up every two hours and I made an alarm sound every time you had to dump the bucket of water. I was up almost every two hours. This room was supposedly just redone, but they had no hot water. The smell was awful. It’s not a big deal, but the two make up mirrors did not work properly.

We’ve been coming to the Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort twice a year for several years now, and it never fails to deliver an amazing experience. This resort has truly become our home away from home. Set on the stunning Palm Beach, the location is unbeatable. The beach is clean, the water is calm and turquoise, and the sunsets are spectacular. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation but still close enough to shops, restaurants, and nightlife if you want to explore. Whether we stay in the tower suites or the villas, the rooms are always clean, spacious, and comfortable, with full kitchens and balconies that offer incredible views. It’s ideal for extended stays – you can cook, relax, and really settle in. The resort has everything you need: beautiful pools, a great swim-up bar, beachfront restaurants (Pure Ocean and Pure Beach) with solid menus, and friendly service. You never feel crowded, even when it’s busy, and the vibe is always relaxed and welcoming. The beach is pristine with plenty of palapas and loungers, and the pools are well-maintained and not overly crowded. It’s easy to spend the entire day soaking up the sun or floating in the water. The staff are a big reason we return. Many of them remember us by name, and the hospitality feels genuine. It's a warm, personal atmosphere that’s hard to find at larger resorts. If you're looking for a place in Aruba where you can feel at home, relax in paradise, and enjoy consistently excellent service, Divi Phoenix is the place to be. It keeps drawing us back, and we can’t recommend it enough!
