Chogogo Dive & Beach Resort, opened in December 2021, is now in its final phase of development. The pool, Lazy River, Beach Bar Bari, Restaurant Sunset, Dive Center Scuba Do, and other facilities are ready for guests to enjoy. Construction of the last villas is ongoing on the property's backside, with measures in place to minimize noise during work hours from Monday to Friday (7 am - 4 pm) and limited hours on Saturdays (8 am - 2 pm).
