All employees must wash or sanitize their hands after any of the following activities: using the restroom, sneezing, touching their face, cleaning, eating, smoking, drinking, accepting items from guests, taking a break, and before a shift and throughout the shift as needed. Signage has been posted throughout the resort and the back of the house to maintain heightened awareness among our team members and guests. To remind everyone of social distancing rules, proper hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette and avoidance of face touching. Employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and are instructed to contact a manager if they notice a coworker or guest displaying symptoms or complaining of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat or other known symptoms of COVID-19.
