We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final

3. 48H FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period

UMBI Sharks Bay offers a beautiful house reef and diverse dive sites, perfect for divers of all experience levels.

Our PADI 5★ Dive Center runs daily trips to Red Sea reefs, wrecks, and protected areas, with spacious boats departing directly from our private jetty.


PADI courses are taught in small groups, with a maximum of 5 students per instructor, supported by our fully equipped classroom.


After diving, relax at our seaside Bedouin Lounge, enjoy a drink, and take in the Red Sea views.

Resort Description

Sharks Bay Umbi Village is an intimate dive resort with a friendly village feel, only 10 minutes from Naama Bay.

Just meters from the shoreline, discover a vibrant house reef. Enjoy diving in the turquoise waters of Ras Mohammed National Marine Park, where it is common to see turtles, dolphins, reef sharks, anemones and clown fish!

Sharks Bay Umbi Diving Village is reminiscent of how Sharm used to be before the arrival of large scale tourism. The village is Bedouin-owned and offers views of Tiran Island. 

The beachfront resort offers water sports, shisha, an open air restaurant and a bar. Massages can be arranged on request. 

How to get there

Arrival

  • The resort can arrange complimentary airport transfers if required . To organize this they just need to know your flight number, airport of departure and arrival time in Sharm el Sheikh. Their driver will then be waiting for you outside the terminal carrying a Sharks Bay Umbi Diving Village sign . 
  • The trip will take approximately 15 minutes.
  • The standard check-in time is 14:00

Departure

  • The normal check-out time is 12:00 (noon). 
  •  The resort can arrange complementary transport back to the airport.
