We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final

3. 48H FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period

Description

Since the founding in 1990, Red Sea Diving Safari has grown into a world-class diving destination. 

The eco-diving concept has been internationally recognized as a model of tourism development and the villages offer you the experience of what has become known as "The Eco-diving Adventure".

You can do up to four dives per day including two guided dives by RIB at the Fury Shoals in the morning, then a further in-range unguided couple of dives in the afternoon. Unguided night dive is offered.

As a PADI Diving Centre, the full range of PADI courses are offered and the local conditions are suitable for divers of all levels.

 

It is mandatory for guests who have not dived for a year or completed a crossover from different diving federations to PADI to undergo a scuba review, with exceptions only for highly experienced and high level divers.

 

Orientation Dives on arrival day:

All orientation dives will be offered on the day after arrival, regardless of arrival time. Advanced requests for orientation dives on the same day as arrival will be noted but cannot be guaranteed until the you arrive on-site. You should contact the diving center on arrival to discuss the possibility of a sooner check dive.

Resort Description

Wadi Lahami is a remote eco-diving village located on Egypt’s southern Red Sea coast, around 140 km south of Marsa Alam.

Set between the desert and the sea, it offers a peaceful escape surrounded by untouched nature and direct access to the world-class Fury Shoals reef system.

Accommodation includes simple yet comfortable Bedouin tents right by the shore and traditional domed Chalets that reflect the region’s architectural style. Guests wake to the sound of the waves, spend their days diving pristine reefs, and enjoy nights under a canopy of stars.

With a PADI 5-Star dive center and a strong commitment to sustainable tourism, Wadi Lahami attracts divers, freedivers, kite surfers, and nature lovers seeking an authentic Red Sea experience far from crowds, where tranquility and unspoiled beauty define every moment.

How to get there

Arrival

  • The village is located 393km south of Hurghada Airport and 180km south of Marsa Alam Airport.
  • Private transfers can be arranged by the resort for an additional charge (advance notice required). 
  • A Red Sea Diving Safari driver will meet you outside the terminal building.
  • Check in time is at 2pm. 

Departure

  • Return rental equipment to the diving center and confirm diving activities with the base leader. 
  • Check out time is at 12pm;  late checkout until 2pm is free of charge according to availability.
  • Once you have checked out, the driver will escort you to the airport (advance notice required, additional cost).
