an experience of relaxation and pleasure, hospitality and excellent services, you can spend the whole day even without staying, there are equipment and possibilities to use canoes .Restaurant included in the package with good international cuisine.

This was my fourth visit to Diani and I chose this hotel with great expectations, especially considering the cost of $2,000 for a stay of 4 days and 3 nights, including flights. Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing experience I have had in the area — not because of the facilities, but because of the total failure of service, communication and basic professionalism. ㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍㆍ

Fantastic beach days
I spent two days here and was very impressed. A fantastic island with 4 different types of restaurant, 2 swimming pools, 1 dive center for your activities 3 bars (one for sundowns), a small beach but who equipped with good chairs and guard sois besides always have staff to meet your requests and of course very good taste in the decor. Access to the island is made by boat or by drag on the tractor depending on the tide... a very original way! Anyway... all good! I hope to come back one day! I thank everyone and especially Camp Manager (a very professional Italian). I will definitely be back!

An island paradise
An island paradise
This was my first time at Chale Island but not my first time at the coast or with this The island is stunning, there are so many activities, you feel like you are in your own world. The rooms are clean and beautiful. We were there for new years which was fantastic! We danced on the beach, enjoyed a great barbeque and the staff joined the party which was so much fun. The highlights were paddle boarding, yoga, snorkelling off the beach, and the Mkoko bar! Huge shoutout to the staff, wow so incredible and kind! Paul and Fadilli at the dive shop where we got our paddle boards every day, so helpful and knowledgeable. Sophie the resident marine biologist taking us through the reef teaching us about marine life and the effects of the environment. Dave who came to check on us at every meal to ensure everything was to our liking. Frances our favorite server who always greeted us with a smile. Elizabeth at the gift shop, so warm and welcoming. And Andreas the GM who greeted all his guests daily to make sure we were enjoying. We will be back!! Thank you!

Very relaxing and dreamlike beautiful experience.
So far the best hotel in Kenya. By far better than any other hotel on Diani Beach, for example. The food, a dream, service excellent, location unique, diving school first class. It all worked out. We have been to Kenya a lot and so far the best experience. Always happy to go back.
