Boutique Beach All-Inclusive Diving Hotel

We had the most amazing time at Boutique Beach! Professional and enjoyable diving, a clean and charming hotel with super delicious food! Everyone is so helpful and friendly; it really feels homely, as if you are staying with family. We can highly recommend it!

This was an exceptional experience. My husband and I had planned this trip almost a year ahead of our departure time. It was my 55th birthday celebration and I had specifically got my open water certification for this specific trip. As we wanted to stay with a PADI recommended site, we planned to split our time in the Maldives here and a resort elsewhere. Our time here was nothing less than extraordinary. 1. As an unfortunate accident led to my husband having a torn Achilles Tendon, we did not know if the site would let us dive with accomodation. Seb, Cam, Dylan and Lucinda were more than incredible in making our diving trips magical. The diving was absolutely magical and the reefs were out of this world. The boat crew, the snacks, the geer, and the friendliness of the people was truly one of a kind experience. 2. The dive resort. I know you have options, but I really recommend this accomodation. The room, the outdoor shower, the proximity to the ocean (3 min walk), the meals, the coffee, the 7 pm watching of the daily videos made by the staff and the guest, the mini lectures by the marine biologist. Top notch experience. 3. The meals. I have to speak up on this because I think how delicious the food was needs its own bullet point. Fresh and varied choices that were really appealing to both our eyes and pallet. Highly enjoyed the meals at this resort. 4. Friendly staff. From the minute we got picked up at the harbor, until they met us at the harbor with goodie bags to go, this was such an unbelievable stay. 5. We did not see a whale shark, but in some way we were happy, because we KNEW we would be back and less than 2 months after being home we scheduled our return trip and we cannot wait to go back. Please stop looking. If you like to dive (or snorkel), and you want to experience the REAL Maldives (not the super staged resorts), this is it. We met really wonderful guests from all over the world with different skill levels too. Whether you are just going to snorkel with Mantas (who wouldn't?), or if you want to have an advanced diving experience they have you covered. This resort is the BEST of its kind.

At the end of January, beginning of February we spent two very nice and impressive weeks in this house with diving and snorkeling activities. Arrive quickly by speedboat. We got as desired a room on the first floor, very spacious and outdoor shower, balcony overlooking the beach. It starts early every day, but that doesn't matter, because of the time change it doesn't stand out. But everyone is tired after dinner on the beautiful roof terrace or even on the beach and you fall to bed early. Breakfast with everything you need, nice fruit. Lunch as lunch and dinner in the evening as I said under the stars. Very good cook from Sri Lanka. You can always follow up at the buffet if you want. The early departure tours are either half-day tours with lunch at the hotel, or full-day tours with breakfast and lunch on board. We are snorkelers, usually had about 2x 45 minutes snorkeling trips with guide, sometimes 3. Five times we were on long tours to the western atoll border, a good 2 hours drive, because there were the whale sharks there at that time - and we had 4x sight. The diver crew is trying to find whale sharks, hours of successful searching. And if a manta or dolphin appears on the tours, they stop and snorkel. Wonderful! For the divers according to our feeling perfect briefings, good material. And in the evening, before dinner, there's a meeting to discuss the next day and the filming of the day. As a snorkeler you can see Manta Cleaning stations and other things up close, which you could only guess as a snorkeler. The whole team: Kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping and the dive guides (mostly from England) very interested, always looking and very helpful. We liked it very much and took many unforgettable impressions with us! We will come back again! The whole reception team took us to the port!

We had an incredible time at Boutique Beach. Before we had even landed Afzal was looking after us, we were seamlessly rebooked onto a flight after our boat was cancelled due to bad weather. Once at the accommodation we were wowed by just how well appointed it was. The room was fabulous, complete with open sky view bathroom. Diving wise, all we had to do was show up and go down. Everything little thing was looked after, all our gear was managed for us and the crew even went the extra mile drying out the gear at the end of the trip. The team there are amazing, there's a real family vibe off them. Every day we had highly professional dive guides navigating us around the biggest and the smallest aquatic life that Maldives had to offer. At the end of the day there was often a presentation from the resident marine biologist, a video of the days sights and wonders from Mette and fantastic food up on the roof. We've been on quite a few dive trips, both boat based and land based, Boutique Beach was hands down one of the best experiences we've had.
