Kuredu Resort & Spa is the only resort on a gorgeous medium-sized island, ringed by a crystal clear lagoon and long stretches of white sandy beaches.
This 387-room, four-star resort is one of the best value for money in the Maldives. Getting to the island from Male airport is a easy with a scenic 40 minutes seaplane flight and once you're there, you'll have access to six restaurants and bars, three pools, a spa, tennis court and golf driving range.
Divers benefit from a beautiful house reef featuring turtles and a shipwreck and there are 60+ dive sites within reach. Guests at the resort are carried on eight diving dhonis and the numerous dive sites offer everything from colourful coral reefs, dazzling schools of fish, and up close and personal encounters with sea turtles.
Friendly reef sharks can be seen cruising the waters around Kuredu and, if lucky, you might even spot a dozen manta rays or so. The dive center have an average of 14 instructors total on staff, who speak eight languages in total.

Prodivers Kuredu is a PADI 5* Instructor Development Centre, one of the largest and longest running diving and snorkelling operations in the Maldives (since 1988). Prodivers offers a full range of daily excursions and courses catering for beginners and experienced divers and snorkelers alike.
Transfers from Male's Ibrahim Nasir International Airport are organized by the resort based on your international flights. Here's what you can expect:
Typically, upon arrival in the Maldives, after clearing Immigration and Customs formalities, you will exit the Customs area and enter the Arrivals Hall, proceed to the nearby Kuredu Resort counter or directly to the TMA (Trans Maldivian Airways) seaplane check-in terminal on the right hand side.
After your seaplane check-in, you will be transferred to the TMA Terminal, about a 10 minute shuttle bus ride, where you can wait in the main lounge or the private Kuredu Lounge before a scheduled seaplane transfer departs for Kuredu. The seaplane to Kuredu is normally scheduled to depart within one to two hour of all guests clearing Immigration and Customs.
Seaplanes only fly during daylight hours only, i.e. between about 06:00 and 18:00. Guests arriving on an international flight which cannot connect to the last seaplane of the day to Kuredu (usually departs no later than about 16:00, but please check with TMA if your arrival flight was delayed) may choose to overnight in nearby Male’ at the Champa Central Hotel, or elsewhere. A hotel booking can be arranged by Kuredu.
For your departure from the Maldives, guests can only connect to international flights departing after 09:00. The last flight departure from Kuredu is around 16:00.
