PRIVATE Transfer from/to Manila Airport (round-trip) - add one for up to SIX PEOPLE
Enjoy a convenient and seamless private transfer from Manila directly to El Galleon Resort in Puerto Galera. Pick-ups can be arranged from the airport, your hotel, or a private residence.
Details required for booking:
· Airport pick-up: Flight details
· Hotel pick-up: Hotel name, phone number, and room number
· Private residence pick-up: Full address, directions, and a contact phone number
Journey time:
Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours total, including a 2-hour car or van transfer followed by a 40-minute boat ride.
Important note:
Water taxi services operate during daylight hours only. Guests arriving by air should schedule flights to land in Manila from 4 am to no later than 1:00 PM to ensure same-day transfer to the resort.
Please read the instructions for pickup carefully and keep them on hand for guidance upon arrival. Please send the resort your Whatsapp number so they can coordinate your transfer to the resort and send you the driver details.

Airport Pick-Up Instructions
Terminal 1
· After collecting your luggage, proceed through Customs and exit the terminal. Do not cross the road.
· Turn left and walk to the designated pick-up area marked “A1.”
· Once you arrive at A1, please call your driver if you have their number. If not, contact the El Galleon Resort front desk at +63 917-814-5107 to let them know you are ready for pick-up.
· Drivers are not permitted to wait at the terminal, which is why this call is necessary. Your driver’s name and contact number will be provided one day prior to arrival, provided the resort has your contact details.
· Your driver will then proceed to the A1 pick-up point. He will be wearing a white Asia Divers T-shirt for easy identification.
Terminal 2
· After collecting your luggage, proceed through Customs and exit the terminal.
· Turn right at the Arrivals Access Area and proceed to Bay A18.
· Your driver will meet you there, wearing a white Asia Divers T-shirt and holding a sign with your name.
Terminal 3
· After collecting your luggage, proceed through Customs.
· Do not exit the terminal. Meet your driver in front of Burger King.
· Look for a driver wearing a white Asia Divers T-shirt and holding a sign with your name.
Assisted airport Transfer (round trip) by private car + Seadogs water taxi or public ferry:

The Seadogs Water Taxi operates daily, departing from Beberabe Port at 13:30 and arriving at Sabang Pier. The return trip leaves Sabang Pier at 12:30. Upon arrival, our staff will be there to assist your clients at Sabang Port.
To catch the Seadogs Water Taxi, guests must be picked up in Manila by 10:30 AM at the latest. If they arrive earlier in the morning, taking a public ferry from Batangas Port may be a more convenient option, as they would otherwise have to wait at Beberabe Port until 13:30 for departure.
For those opting for the public ferry, a tuk-tuk will be arranged to meet them at Balatero Port in Puerto Galera and transport them directly to El Galleon Resort.
Scheduled Water Taxi Service
Value option: Combine a private pick-up in Manila with a shared water taxi service.
Schedule:
- Pick-up in Manila: 10:30 AM
- Water taxi departs Beberabe Port: 1:30 PM (daily, weather permitting)
- Drop-off: Sabang Pier
- Return trip from Sabang Pier: 12:30 PM
Flight planning:
- Plan to land in Manila by 9:30 AM to use this option.
- For return flights, book 7:00 PM or later.
Note: Guests must be picked up in Manila by 10:30 AM at the latest. If arriving earlier, taking a public ferry from Batangas Port may be more convenient, as the water taxi departs only at 1:30 PM.
Public Ferry Option
Inexpensive option: Suitable for seasoned travellers with light luggage.
Directions:
1. Take a taxi to PITX Terminal in Manila.
2. Take a bus to Batangas City Pier.
3. Catch a ferry to Balatero Port in Puerto Galera.
4. From Balatero Port: 30-minute drive to Sabang, then a 10-minute walk to the resort.
5. Tuktuk pickup: We can arrange a tuktuk transfer from Balatero Port for 350 pesos.
Total travel time: Approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours (depending on connections).
Departure
· After checking out, you may return to Manila Airport or your onward destination using the same transport options as your arrival.
· For assistance or to arrange private transfers, please speak with the reception staff.
