Arrival
- Private transfers arranged via the resort from Manila are the most convenient and quickest way to reach the resort. This entails a 2hr air conditioned car/van ride from Manila to Berberabe Pier, followed by a 1hr ride on a brand new Navicat vessel to the resort. Other options are available (see details below).
- Please book a flight arriving from 3am until 2pm.

Airport Pick-Up Instructions
Collect your luggage, pass through customs, and exit the airport.
Cross the road and go down either ramp (left or right).
Stand with your back to the DUTY-FREE STORE.
Look across the street for someone in an Asia Divers white T-shirt holding a sign with your name.
Collect your luggage, pass through customs, and exit the airport.
Turn right at the arrival’s access area and find BAY #20.
Your driver will meet you there, wearing an Asia Divers white T-shirt and holding a sign with your name.
Collect your luggage, pass through customs.
Meet your driver in front of Burger King (do not exit the terminal).
Look for someone in an Asia Divers white T-shirt holding a sign with your name.
Direct Private Transfers to/from Manila
Convenient & Quick: Transfer from the airport, hotel, or private residence in Manila to El Galleon Resort in Puerto Galera.
Details Needed:
- For airport pick-up: Provide flight details.
- For hotel pick-up: Provide hotel name, phone number, and room number.
- For private residence: Provide full address, directions, and a contact phone number.
Journey Time: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours total (2-hour car/van ride + 40-minute boat ride).
Important: Water taxi service is only available during daylight hours. Plan to arrive in Manila no later than 1 p.m. if arriving by air.

Value Option: Combine a private pick-up in Manila with a shared water taxi service.
Schedule:
Pick-up in Manila: 10:30 a.m.
Water taxi departs Beberabe Port: 1:30 p.m. (daily, weather permitting)
Drop-off: Sabang Pier
Return trip from Sabang Pier: 12:30 p.m.
Flight Planning: Plan to land in Manila by 9:30 a.m. and book return flights for 7 p.m. or later.
Public Bus and Ferry Information
Inexpensive Option: Suitable for seasoned travellers with light luggage.
Directions:
Take a taxi to PITX Terminal in Manila.
Take a bus to Batangas City Pier.
Catch a ferry to Balatero Port in Puerto Galera.
From Balatero Port: 30-minute drive to Sabang, then a 10-minute walk to the resort.
Tricycle Pickup: We can arrange a tricycle to pick you up at Balatero Port for 350 pesos.
Departure
- Having checked out, you may return to Manila Airport or your onward destination via the same transport options as your arrival.
- Speak with the resort for assistance or to organise private transfers.
