The Seadogs Water Taxi operates daily, departing from Beberabe Port at 13:30 and arriving at Sabang Pier. The return trip leaves Sabang Pier at 12:30. Upon arrival, our staff will be there to assist your clients at Sabang Port.
To catch the Seadogs Water Taxi, guests must be picked up in Manila by 10:30 AM at the latest. If they arrive earlier in the morning, taking a public ferry from Batangas Port may be a more convenient option, as they would otherwise have to wait at Beberabe Port until 13:30 for departure.
For those opting for the public ferry, a tuk-tuk will be arranged to meet them at Balatero Port in Puerto Galera and transport them directly to El Galleon Resort.
Arrival
- Private transfers arranged via the resort from Manila are the most convenient and quickest way to reach the resort. This entails a 2-hour air-conditioned car/van ride from Manila to Berberabe Pier, followed by a 1-hour ride on a brand-new Navicat vessel to the resort. Other transportation options are available, including the Seadogs Scheduled Water Taxi and Public Ferry (see details below).
- Please book a flight arriving between 3:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Airport Pick-Up Instructions
Terminal 1:
- Collect your luggage, pass through customs, and exit the airport.
- Cross the road and go down either ramp (left or right).
- Stand with your back to the Duty-Free Store.
- Look across the street for someone in an Asia Divers white T-shirt holding a sign with your name.
Terminal 2:
- Collect your luggage, pass through customs, and exit the airport.
- Turn right at the Arrivals Access Area and find BAY #20.
- Your driver will meet you there, wearing an Asia Divers white T-shirt and holding a sign with your name.
Terminal 3:
- Collect your luggage, pass through customs.
- Meet your driver in front of Burger King (do not exit the terminal).
- Look for someone in an Asia Divers white T-shirt holding a sign with your name.
Direct Private Transfers to/from Manila
- Convenient and quick: Transfer from the airport, hotel, or private residence in Manila to El Galleon Resort in Puerto Galera.
Details needed:
- For airport pick-up: Flight details.
- For hotel pick-up: Hotel name, phone number, and room number.
- For private residence: Full address, directions, and a contact phone number.
Journey time: Approximately 2.5 to 3 hours total (2-hour car/van ride + 40-minute boat ride).
Important: Water taxi service is only available during daylight hours. If arriving by air, plan to land in Manila no later than 1:00 PM.
Scheduled Water Taxi Service
Value option: Combine a private pick-up in Manila with a shared water taxi service.
Schedule:
- Pick-up in Manila: 10:30 AM
- Water taxi departs Beberabe Port: 1:30 PM (daily, weather permitting)
- Drop-off: Sabang Pier
- Return trip from Sabang Pier: 12:30 PM
Flight planning:
- Plan to land in Manila by 9:30 AM to use this option.
- For return flights, book 7:00 PM or later.
Note: Guests must be picked up in Manila by 10:30 AM at the latest. If arriving earlier, taking a public ferry from Batangas Port may be more convenient, as the water taxi departs only at 1:30 PM.
Public Ferry Option
Inexpensive option: Suitable for seasoned travelers with light luggage.
Directions:
1. Take a taxi to PITX Terminal in Manila.
2. Take a bus to Batangas City Pier.
3. Catch a ferry to Balatero Port in Puerto Galera.
4. From Balatero Port: 30-minute drive to Sabang, then a 10-minute walk to the resort.
5. Tricycle pickup: We can arrange a tricycle transfer from Balatero Port for 350 pesos.
Total travel time: Approximately 3.5 to 4.5 hours (depending on connections).
Departure
- After checking out, you may return to Manila Airport or your onward destination using the same transport options as your arrival.
