The dive center within walking distance of the resort, Upendo House, operates as One Ocean Stone Town and is a secondary location of One Ocean Zanzibar. One Ocean Matemwe is located approximately one hour or more away by transfer.
The dive center operates from three locations: Stone Town, Matemwe, and Kendwa. Please note transfers between locations are not included in our rates.
- Stone Town: Explore coral gardens, macro-life, wrecks, and night dives. Boats depart from Kenyatta Road at 9:00 a.m. (meet at 8:30) and return by 1:30 p.m. Sunset cruises and trips to Prison Island are also available.
- Matemwe: Dive Mnemba Atoll, Zanzibar’s top dive spot, with two 45-50 min sessions. Boats leave in the morning (meet at 8:00) and return by 1:30 p.m. Free transfers are provided from select hotels.
- Kendwa: Discover Tumbatu Island and Nungwi reefs, featuring some of the island’s best corals. Trips include two 45-60 min dives or snorkeling, with departures between 8:00-10:00 a.m., lasting 5-6 hours.
