DiveCarib, based in English Harbour, offers a variety of scuba diving activities including guided dives, PADI courses, and Discover Scuba programs for beginners. As Antigua’s only independent five-star PADI facility, you have come to the right place if you are looking for a great scuba diving experience in Antigua.

The DiveCarib instructor team have over 40 years of combined experience in the dive industry, and they offer the most organised and enjoyable diving experience on the island.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 10+
  • Min. certification: Open Water Certification required
  • Min logged dives: None
  • Please email us at divingantigua@gmail.com to confirm your booking. DiveCarib require all certified divers who have not been diving for a period of two years or more, to complete a refresher dive before joining our certified diver trips. This is also highly recommended for divers new to ocean and/or boat diving. If you have had a period of ten years or more since your last scuba dive, please contact us before booking.

What to expect

Upon arrival, we'll introduce you to our facility and team, provide you with standard paperwork, before beginning a dive briefing covering all aspects of the trip.

After the dive briefing we'll board the boat, where your divemaster will elaborate on specific points regarding the rental equipment, before leaving on a short boat ride to the dive site.

The boat ride is an experience in itself, with so much to see from the water, giving you another viewpoint to truly admire this beautiful Island.

Upon arrival at the dive site, we'll kit up and complete our buddy checks, before entering the water.

Different sites are home to different marine fauna, but you'll have the chance to spot eagle rays, octopus, turtles, or sharks!

Meet at the dive center

DiveCarib is located inside The National Sailing Academy on Dockyard Drive, Falmouth Harbour, English Harbour Town. On this main road you will see the academy's long white wall, inscribed 'watersports'. Inside here is a small car park for guests to utilise. As you enter, walk to the left of the restaurant and you'll find us tucked away, next to the bbq.
