Discover and enjoy the USAT Liberty ship that was hit by a Japanese torpedo and stranded in Tulamben Bay during World War II. In 1963, Mount Agung erupted and the magma flow pushed the wreck back into the sea, where it currently lies at a depth of 3 to 30 m.
Once you have met with your instructor or divemaster, they will guide you through the entire day.
Start by completing all the formalities and then prepare your equipment for your fun dives. Once everything is done, we will travel by bus to Tulamben for about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Tulamben has several dive sites, which we will start with the most popular USAT Liberty shipwreck. Once we have our diving equipment set up, your dive guide will conduct the dive briefing and the porters will bring all the equipment to the beach as this will be a shore dive. After the dive we will have a good lunch at the Hosting Resort Restaurant with a surface interval refreshment.
After the second dive we pack our diving equipment and drive back to Padangbai. Once you are back at our dive center, you will have time to log your dives and go through the fish book with your instructor so as not to forget how many fish and other marine life you have seen.
Once you are in Padangbai just come to our dive center which is located just few steps from the main jetty on the main beach of Padangbai. Let our staff know your name and you instructor will take care of you from that moment. If you would like to be picked up, please contact us, we can arrange it for you.
