Nestled in between the mountains and the ocean in the northwest of Bali, Pemuteran village and Bali Diving Academy is the perfect gateway to the underwater wonders of Menjangan Island and Pemuteran Bay.

The area is host to more than 20 dive sites, most of them suitable for all experience levels. You can do spectacular wall diving or snorkeling in Menjangan Island; experience the rich coral slopes of Pemuteran offshore reefs; or simply snorkel off the beach on the Biorock® project. Macro lovers will be fascinated by the critters of Secret Bay and Puri Jati, both only 40 minutes from from Pemuteran.

At Bali Diving Academy we keep our diving and course groups small with max 4 divers per guide. Our team of multilingual Instructors and Divemasters includes some of Indonesia's most highly trained and experienced dive professionals and they are just really nice guys who love their jobs! What to expect

Menjangan Island, in the Bali Barat National Park, is a very popular diving and snorkeling destination.

Dense coral growth and schools of fish in the shallows make it also extremely suitable for snorkeling. The day trip to the island leave at 9 in the morning and we will bring you back between 2 and 3 in the afternoon.

It takes around 40 minutes by boat to get to Menjangan. In between dives, we will provide you with lunch, fruit water and drinks.

Pick Up Information

We can pick you up free of charge if you are staying in Pemuteran or Sumberkima, or you can walk over and meet us at our dive center in front of Villa Amertha. If you need to be picked up outside of this area, we can arrange transport for you but it is not included in the price of your booking.
