In that short time, Grove Scuba has gone from a PADI dive shop to Miami’s only PADI 5 Star Instructor Training Center. In order to join us for a 2-tank dive, the diver must have been diving in the past 6 months to a year. If it has been outside of that time-frame, please give us a call and our staff can provide details about our PADI ReActivate course in order to refresh your skills!

What to expect

Meet us at the dive boat 45 minutes before our scheduled departure time for check-in and equipment. Once we have taken care of all your equipment needs, we will board the boat and complete our passenger liability forms for the dive. You will then have time to set up your diving equipment at the tanks provided before listening to the captain's diving instructions. After the briefing we set off towards our first dive site. The travel time to our first dive site is approximately 30 minutes. The captain will give a further briefing about each dive site before you enter the water. Once you're in the water, you'll have about an hour (assuming you still have enough air) for your first dive. After the first dive, when all passengers are back on the boat, we will move to our second dive site and have an additional hour to explore this location. After everyone is back on board after the second dive, we return to land and end the diving trip. There is a fresh water wash tank at the dock where you can wash your gear.

How to get there

You will meet directly at our waterfront dive center where the boat will be docked and ready for you to board. There is plenty of free parking at the dive center. There is also a tiki-hut and outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful view both before and after the dive.
