A choice of dive sites are accessible by boat minutes from the resort. Our morning trips start with an amazing wall dive followed by a beautiful shallow reef. With our unique location on Grand Cayman we have the ability to dive where its calm.
On arrival at Sunset House, please check in at the dive shop to show certification cards, complete waivers and rent any dive equipment if required.
Our dive staff will direct you to your dive boat when ready to board.
A safety briefing will then be given as the dive boats heads out from the to dock to your first dive site.
Once underway, our dive staff are on hand to help you set up your equipment. On arrival at the first site you will be entertained with a detailed dive briefing before jumping in for your diving adventure.
Your first dive is guided on one of the many amazing wall dives on Grand Cayman. Our experienced guides will point out marine life along the way, while making sure everyone is safe and adhering to depth restrictions. This first dive is guided to around 80ft/24m with a maximum depth of 100ft/30m.
Upon surfacing our crew will help you back to your seat, where you can change tanks ready for the next dive. During the surface interval we will serve fresh fruit and brief you on the next dive site.
The second site is a beautiful shallow reef, no more than 60ft/18m. You can choose to explore this site with your buddy or follow one of our guides.
Upon returning to the dock, our crew will help you unload. Rinse tanks and drying areas are available for your gear.
And finally enjoy lunch at our outdoor tiki bar. My Bar sits right on the water where you can enjoy watching the diving world go by.
Sunset House Dive Resort is just outside George Town, look for the multi-colored buildings on the the ocean side of the road. Parking is available. Walk towards the water to find the dive shop check in.
