Let us show you the Mercury Bay and its many offshore islands and underwater world. We run daily trips to the great dive spots right on our door step including Mercury Islands, Alderman Islands, Cathedral Cove and its Marine Reserve.
Arrive at 8.30 am to sort gear and then it's a short wander to our main vessel "Mystery Machine". Head out over our safe harbour entrance and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery as we head out to our dive sites choice of the day.
Drop into the ocean and discover all the magic of the underwater world - its rocky and boulder structures with loads of nooks and crevices, beautiful kelp forests and abundant sea life.
You bring your own lunch. We provide thermos style tea/coffee/soups. We have a toilet on board and Mystery Machine has plenty of cover from our intense NZ sun.
We aim to complete 2 dives before heading back into the marina around 3pm. We head back to Dive Zone Whitianga store to clean up, update any log books and enjoy a chat about our day with a hot coffee.
You can't miss us - we are on the main road into the town centre and right behind the Z station.
