Our daily dive tours offer divers of all levels the opportunity to explore the Caño Island Biological Reserve and magnificent reefs in a very biologically diverse environment.
A typical day of diving with CRAD begins at 7am and we typically return to Drake Bay around 1pm for a complimentary lunch.
Located approximately 45 minutes from Drake Bay, Caño Island offers our guests scenic boat rides and the opportunity to spot dolphins or whales.
Surface intervals are spent on Caño Island, where there is a beautiful beach, wild green vegetation and toilets.
We dive a maximum of three tanks per day on our day trips, excluding night dives. Our tanks are aluminum tanks with a displacement of 11.1 liters.
Diver safety is CRAD’s top priority. Our purpose-built dive boats are designed for maximum safety and comfort and are equipped with radio, cell phones, emergency oxygen kits, first aid kits and a full canopy for sun protection.
We are at Hotel Jinetes de Osa. Walk until the corner of the beach and you will find us there. It is convenient that you have all your diving or snorkeling gear ready the day before so please go to the deck after 3:00pm and ask for Geovanny.
