Our daily scuba diving tours offer divers of all levels the chance to explore Caño Island Biological Reserve and the magnificent reefs and biologically diverse environment.
A typical day of diving with CRAD begins at 7 a.m. and we normally return to Drake Bay around 1 p.m. where lunch is provided by courtesy.
Caño Island is located about 45 minutes from Drake Bay, offering our guests picture-perfect scenic boat rides and the possibility to see dolphins or whales.
Surface intervals are spent on Caño Island where there is a nice beach, wild green vegetation and where there are toilet facilities.
We dive a maximum of three tanks a day on our day tours, not counting night dives.
Our tanks are aluminium 80 cft (or 11.1 liter) tanks.
Divers’ safety is a top priority at CRAD. Our custom-built dive boats are made for maximum safety and comfort, equipped with Radio, cell phones, Emergency Oxygen Kits, First Aid Kits, and a full canopy for sun protection.
We are at Hotel Jinetes de Osa, walk until the corner of the beached you will find us there. It is convenient that you have all your diving or snorkeling gear ready the day before so please go to the deck after 3:00pm and ask for Geovanny.
