With depths ranging from 16 meters to the surface, this reef is perfect for divers of all levels, from beginners to seasoned explorers.
Dive the Reef and Explore the Museum of Underwater Art (MOUA)!
Located at a depth of 16 meters and surrounded by the vibrant reef, the Museum of Underwater Art is the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere. This unique installation, with its striking contrast between human-made art and natural beauty, raises global awareness of reef conservation, restoration, and education. The site, on the northern end of John Brewer Reef, is rich in history and has deep connections to Indigenous culture.
At the heart of MOUA is the Coral Greenhouse, a masterpiece by renowned artist Jason deCaires Taylor. Unlike typical greenhouses filled with plants, this underwater structure blends art and science in a breathtaking way, both inside and out—making it a bucket-list experience.
