What to expect

Tumbatu Island, the third-largest island in the Zanzibar archipelago, is surrounded by vibrant coral reefs. You’ll be amazed by the richness of marine life in this stunning area.

We depart at 8:30 a.m. from Kendwa Beach and reach Tumbatu after a 40-minute boat ride. Our professional guides will take you to two different snorkeling and diving spots, revealing the hidden wonders of the island.

Between the two water activities, enjoy fresh tropical fruits, water, and local pastries to keep you energized and refreshed.

Meet at the dive center

Our snorkeling and diving trips depart from Kendwa Beach, where our team will welcome you at the TGI Diving Zanzibar base inside the Kendwa Rock Hotel. Please arrive 15 minutes before departure so we can handle equipment, briefings, and transfers efficiently. Our team will assist you with snorkeling or diving gear and provide all necessary instructions for a safe and enjoyable experience.
