Cancellation terms
Free cancellation for 48h after confirmation
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 90 days before the start of your trip, you will lose 15% of your total booking, 25% for more than 35 days, 50% for more than 22 days, 70% for more than 15 days, 90% for more than 7 days and 100% if you cancel within 7 days of your trip.
SPECIAL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) CANCELLATION POLICY: For bookings made after 12 March 2020 with a travel start date between 12 March 2020 and 3 September 2020, the following payment milestones apply: 20% deposit at time of booking, 50% payment due 46 days prior to your trip, 100% payment due 31 days prior to the start of your trip. If you cancel more than 45 days before your trip will be charged 0%. If you cancel between 45 and 31 days prior to arrival will be charged 50%, if you cancel 30 days or less before your trip will be charged 100%.
