1st deposit $500 due April 11th, 2025
2nd deposit $500 due June 6th, 2025
Final Balance due August 8th, 2025
Cancellation terms
This trip cancellation policy will take effect once you submit your initial deposit.
Initial deposit made for any trip cannot be refunded. Deposit can be transferred to in-store credit for gear or transferred to another trip.
We, Ohana Dive Company, require you, the traveler, to read and review this cancellation policy, initial each page, print/sign the last page, and return to Ohana Dive Co.
We cannot hold reservations without deposits and proper documentation.
To receive any type of in-store credit or refund, you are required to provide us with your DAN Travel Insurance policy.
In consideration of services provided and other goods, you hereby acknowledge and affirm that Ohana Dive Company, its staff, and employees, are acting solely in its capacity as an agent in arranging and securing certain transportation, hotel, travel packages and other associated travel services for you, the traveler.
You, the traveler, acknowledge and understand that in the event it becomes necessary to alter arrangements or itineraries, Ohana Dive Company may do so at no expense to Ohana Dive Company.
All increases or changes will be paid by the purchaser/customer. Ohana Dive Company reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any travel at any time and to decline, accept or retain business from any purchaser/customer.
Airlines change their checked and carry-on luggage policies often & usually charge for one & sometimes all checked bags.
All baggage fees as imposed by the airlines are the responsibility of the traveler.
Cancellation Policy Guidelines
Minimum $100 deposit is required to secure your reservation for any trip.
1st deposit made for any trip cannot be refunded. Deposit can be transferred to in-store credit for gear or transferred to another trip.
If you cancel more than 120 days before the travel departure date would take place, you will be given in store credit or full refund, minus the initial deposit.
There is NO refund for cancellations made within 60 days of the departure of the trip.
No refunds shall be issued for cancellations due to weather, airline delays/cancellations, illness, or no show.
Ohana Dive Company will do their best to reschedule the trip or apply funds to a new trip of your choosing, if spots are available.
Final payment is due on the date specified for the trip reservation.
A payment reminder will be sent 7-14 days prior to payment(s) date(s).
You must notify Ohana Dive Company if you do not plan to attend the trip as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend.
Ohana Dive Company requires travel insurance for every trip.
Final trip price does not include any additional fee(s) charged before/during the trip due to delays caused by something outside of the control of Ohana Dive Company. This includes, but is not limited to:
Flight Delays
Baggage Fees
Hotel Fees
Additional Diving Expenses
Rental Car
Additional Meals
Cancellation policy must be signed and returned back to Ohana Dive Company within 7 days of email receipt.

Super important: For the shark dives only, You will need full coverage. This means: hood, gloves, and wetsuit. Please do not bring bright colored fins; if you need a dark pair of fins please let us know so we can accommodate.
