Day 1. Travel to Taveuni Island in the hidden North of Fiji and you will be greeted on arrival at the Taveuni airport by a Paradise Resort Representative and driven to Paradise.
This is a 1 hr drive over sealed and unsealed roads with scenic ocean and rainforest views along the way. On arrival you will be greeted by the Paradise Team and welcomed for a short check in and briefing about your stay while enjoying a relaxing Welcome Foot Rub by one of our warm and friendly Team Members. Enjoy and relax!
Once your room is ready we will escort you to your room where you can unpack and settle in. Then join the rest of the group for lunch and an an afternoon check-out dive. Or you may choose to relax for the afternoon around the pool, in a hammock or in our Oceanfront Spa.
Cocktail Happy Hour is from 5.30pm and dinner is served from 6.30pm. You may want to get an early night in after you big travel experience or you can enjoy a few drinks at the Bar with the Local Staff.
Day 2. Next day Breakfast is served from 7am and we happily cater to any special dietary requirements - be sure to let us know.
The Dive Boat is heading out to Rainbow Reef at 8am for a 3 tank dive and we hope to dive The Great White Wall - one of the Top 10 Dive Sites in the World. You are in for a real treat on your first day of diving in Paradise. You will enjoy a picnic lunch on a white sandy beach in between dives and back to the Resort around 3.00pm. Enjoy a shore dive in the afternoon or just relax. Join the Team for Happy Hour and Dinner.
Day 3. Breakfast is served from 7am and we are heading out to the beautiful Rainbow Reef at 8am for a 2 tank dive and you will be back in time for lunch by the ocean with the rest of the group.
The 3rd boat dive departs at 2.00pm and back for a shore dive in the afternoon. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon and join the Team for Happy Hour and Dinner.
Day 4. Breakfast is served from 7am and we are heading out to the beautiful Rainbow Reef at 8am for a triple dive with a picnic lunch on a white sandy beach in between dives. Your will be back at the resort around 3.00pm for a shore dive or relaxing. Enjoy the rest of the afternoon and join the Team for Happy Hour and Dinner.
Day 5. Breakfast is served from 7am and we are heading out to the beautiful Rainbow Reef at 8am for a 2 tank dive and you will be back in time for lunch by the ocean with the rest of the group.
The 3rd boat dive departs at 2.00pm and back for a shore dive in the afternoon. Join our Local Guide for some Fijian Cultural activities to get you ready for our Fun Fiji Night Cultural Evening tonight. With Dinner under the stars you will enjoy a traditional Fijian Lovo (rock oven cooked meal) with our Meke Team (dancing stars) entertaining you during dinner. Then you will be invited to join our Team for a Kava Ceremony with singing, dancing and story telling into the night. This is a fun night you won't want to miss.
Day 6. Breakfast is served from 7am and today we head out to discover the beautiful Island of Taveuni on a guided Island Tour. Departing at 8.30am with your local guide you will drive up the island and hike through the National Park to the see the Iconic Bouma Waterfalls. Relax in the cold pools and jump off the rocks and those who are energetic may wish to hike to the 2nd and 3rd falls - 1 hour return hike and quite strenuous. The views are spectacular. Then off to see the local markets and buy a trinket or 2. Then we stop at the Holy Cross Mission - a beautiful old mission still in use. Then it's onto the International Dateline where you can time travel from yesterday through to today. last stop is the Natural Rock Waterslide when you can cool down in the crystal cold waters. Return to Paradise to enjoy dinner.
Day 7. Last Day in Paradise. Enjoy the day at your leisure. 7am Breakfast, 12.00 lunch and your last Group Dinner at 6.30pm.
Day 8.Depending on your flight departure time, enjoy Paradise until your have to leave. Breakfast is included today. Our team will sing you our Famous Fiji Farewell Song - Isa Lei before you sadly have to leave us. Our driver will get you to the Taveuni Airport in plenty of time for your flight.
