Cancellation terms
Participant may cancel the Trip in writing to Scuba.com with at least 90 days prior to the start of the Trip. Upon timely cancellation, Scuba.com will refund all monies paid. Participant acknowledges and agrees that group scuba travel and excursions are highly specialized trips that must be planned and prepared for well in advance. As a result, cancellation less than 90 days before will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the base fare of the trip, and 60 days before the trip date, regardless of the reason, results in the forfeiture of all monies paid. No credit for future trips or refunds will be offered.
Cancellation by Scuba.com:
Scuba.com reserves the right, but is not obligated, to cancel a Trip at any time for reasons related to political unrest, pandemics, terrorist threats or adverse health conditions in the Trip location or travel warnings by the U.S. Department of State related to the Trip location, or because of inadequate enrollment that makes the Trip economically infeasible to operate. Upon such cancellation by Scuba.com, its liability shall be limited to a refund in full of only those monies it has received from or on behalf of the participant. It is the responsibility of each Participant to become familiar with the penalties and restrictions of any airline ticket. In the event of a cancellation or date change by Scuba.com, Scuba.com is not liable for any penalties incurred from the cancellation or change of the air ticket.

Accommodation & Pricing
Room style: Ocean Bungalow
Each hand-crafted ocean bungalow is spacious, quiet, comfortable and just a few steps from the ocean. All are air-conditioned with wi-fi satellite internet access, along with comprehensive amenities
An optimal blend of luxury and economy, all ocean bungalows feature private beach balconies with lounge chairs, indoor bathrooms and spacious spa-style outdoor showers. All rooms can be configured with a king or twin beds based on your needs.
Logistics
Your ticket price includes the connecting flight to/from Bali, arriving on the first day of your trip (November 3rd). An overnight stay in Bali is required before your private flight to Wakatobi. This night stay is not included in your ticket price.
Upon arrival from overseas, a Wakatobi representative will be ready to assist you within the airport in Bali. The rep will meet you just after you have passed through immigration formalities, and will assist you through Baggage Reclaim, past customs, and out to meet the guide and driver (if you have one arranged).
Please make sure you give us flight numbers and arrival times beforehand so we can arrange this special service. Alternatively, the rep will assist you to arrange a taxi from a reputable firm.

The Wakatobi Guest Flight returns back to Bali by 16:00h/4pm. We recommend that you plan to leave Bali no earlier than 17:30h/5:30pm.
