Payment terms

Unless otherwise stated in the respective travel description or booking confirmation, the following payment terms apply:

Down payment :

After receiving the booking confirmation and invoice, a deposit of 20% of the total travel price is due within 7 days.

Final payment :

The remaining payment (80%) must be made no later than 8 weeks before the start of the trip without further notice.

Short-term bookings:

For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the start of the trip, the entire travel price is due immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

Payment method :

Payments are made by bank transfer to the account specified in the invoice. Timeliness of payment is determined by the date of receipt.

Late payment :

If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to withdraw from the contract and charge the agreed cancellation fees in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.

Trip cancellation / withdrawal by the participant

Declaration of withdrawal

The participant may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the trip. The time of withdrawal is determined by the receipt of the notice of withdrawal by ABC-Divers NG GmbH. For evidential purposes, we recommend declaring the withdrawal in writing (by email or letter).

Cancellation costs / compensation

In the event of cancellation, ABC-Divers NG GmbH will charge a flat-rate cancellation fee, which is calculated as follows:

• Up to 60 days before departure: 20% of the travel price (usually corresponds to the deposit paid)
• from 59 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the travel price,
• from 29 to 15 days before departure: 75% of the travel price,
• From 14 days before the start of the trip or in case of no-show: 100% of the trip price.

The participant reserves the right to prove that ABC-Divers NG GmbH has suffered no or significantly less damage.

replacement

In the event of a cancellation, ABC-Divers NG GmbH will endeavor to fill the vacant travel spot. If such a replacement is found, the tour price will be refunded, less a processing fee of 5% of the tour price, subject to a minimum of €30.

Illness / cancellation insurance

Cancellations due to illness also fall under the aforementioned conditions. Therefore, we strongly recommend taking out private travel cancellation insurance.

Withdrawal or cancellation by the organizer

Should the trip have to be canceled for reasons within ABC-Divers NG GmbH's control (e.g., failure to reach the minimum number of participants, safety reasons, or unforeseeable events), the participant will receive a full refund of the trip price already paid. Further claims are excluded.
