The MV Amba has been a successful comfort-class liveaboard for many years.
The ship offers divers with 50 or more dives first-class diving trips to the most beautiful diving areas in the Maldives. The spacious and carefully maintained yacht offers space for a maximum of 22 international guests and is managed on site by a highly experienced German cruise director.
The yacht is 34 meters long with a calm and safe beam of 10 meters. The upper deck features two exquisitely designed premium cabins with spacious private decks, as well as an upper deck cabin with bunk beds. The lower deck accommodates seven additional cabins, each with en-suite facilities, individually controlled air conditioning, and an additional fan for extra comfort.
Three delicious international dishes are presented daily as a self-service buffet in the salon. The kitchen team, with extensive onboard experience, uses fresh ingredients to prepare a range of Western, Asian, and authentic Maldivian delights. Complimentary drinking water, tea, instant coffee, and juices are included in the package. Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24/7 in the self-service fridge.
The upper deck features a sheltered outdoor lounge area that provides a comfortable place to relax between dives or in the evening. In addition, there is a spacious, partially covered sun deck that invites you to sunbathe. As a specialty, the AMBA offers freshly tapped beer and a fine selection of wines, long drinks and cocktails at 3 different sky bars every day after diving.
