Full-Day Private Snorkelling Trip to the Similans

We meet you at the pier at the time that you choose.  We suggest meeting around 7 am so that you can get to the islands before the mass tour boats.  Your tour guide will give you a boat briefing, hand out water and soft drinks and introduce you to your crew.  This is a private trip so it will only be the guests that you bring on the boat - spread out and enjoy the space.

We cruise out to the Similans.  It's about 90 minutes to get there.  The itinerary is completely flexible but a typical trip starts off at Island 4 for some beach time and enjoy the peace before the big tours arrive.  We typically stay here for about an hour and a half, and have some breakfast rolls, and a swim/explore.

Once the tour boats start to arrive, we get back on the boat and find a sheltered peaceful spot to go snorkelling.  We often go on to a second snorkelling spot on our way up to Island 8. Around lunchtime we watch the boats leave island 8 to go for lunch, and we go ashore to have a peaceful picnic on the beach.  You can go up to the viewpoint to take some iconic photos or swim/snorkel off the beach.

When the tour boats come back after lunch we go off again to another quiet snorkel spot.  At 3pm we can either go back home, or go back to the beach for another half an hour of peace on a deserted beach.

We aim to be back at the pier around 5pm, but as this is your private trip it can be earlier or later - although we must be back on land before dark.

We can arrange taxi transfer from your hotel to our pier, and we provide food to suit your dietary requirements.
