Snorkelling Trip

Haliotis - Peniche Dive Center facility is located next to the Supertubos beach in Peniche.

We have vans to make the transfers to the harbor where the boats are located so we can go diving in Belenga’s Natutal Reserve.

The small archipelago of Berlengas consists of the main island Berlenga Grande and the adjoining riffs off Estelas and Farilhões. They were declared a Natural Reserve in the 3rd of September of 1981 (the oldest marine Portuguese reserve).

This dive center was the first of Haliotis, and all of is infrastructure where made from the ground up thought by divers for divers having in mind comfort and safety.

In this facilities you will encounter male and female changing rooms with a capacity for 60 people, hot water showers with towel, two classrooms, technical zone with all equipment to rent, shop with the best brands and a place where you can relax before and after dives near the 13x7 pool (3m deep) built exclusively for teaching divers. We are an Aqualung Dive Center with about fifty equipment’s available for rent by our customers.

Our filling station has a BAUER compressor capable of filling all the breathable mixtures (Air, Nitrox, Trimix and O2), having more than 100 tanks (12L, 15L, 18L, Double 12L, Double 15L), we are also a rebreather friendly center.

Our boats are semi-rigid inflatable boats made by Searibs: Lascaris with 12 meters and 2 Yamaha 350 horsepower outboard engines and Necora with 9,6 meters and 2 Yamaha 200 horsepower outboard engines. Both have depth sounder, VHF, GPS, customized structures for placing the tanks while providing seating places, access ladders, oxygen kit and first aid kit; everything for the fun, safety and welfare of divers.
