Bali Diving Academy is a PADI 5 star Instructor Development dive center offering all levels of Padi programs and courses ranging from Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water DIver to Pro level courses like Divemaster and Open Water Scuba Instructor.
Our flagship opened in Sanur in November '22.

With 3 other dive bases spread out over Bali - Nusa Lembongan - Tulamben - Pemutaran -, it allows us to cover the most interesting spots, both above and under water.

Our operational team is mostly composed out of local diving instructors, divemasters, dive- and snorkeling guides. We have spent considerable time and invested the necessary resources to train Balinese and Indonesian staff towards the different levels of education and hospitality. This is our way to give back to the fantastic local community here.

We try to provide our guests with professional and rewarding dive experiences.

Our in-house reservation team is able to deal with solo travelers, couples, families and larger groups.

Upon request, we can also assist with transportation and accommodation as we have been including these services to help our divers make their stay in Bali as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.

No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

What to expect

Because the boat generally leaves early in the morning, the best schedule for this activity is to complete the pool session the day before of very early on the same day. (Transport to our dive shop for the pool session the day before is not included.) Please get in touch with our team for scheduling and clarification prior to booking this activity.

Led by experienced instructors, you'll experience the thrill of breathing underwater and uncover the beauty that awaits beneath the surface. It's the perfect opportunity to discover the magic of scuba diving and create unforgettable memories.
The experience start with a very brief online e-learning
Following that, you'll have a hands-on session in the pool with our certified PADI Instructors, to practice essential skills before venturing into the open waters for two exciting boat dives. This comprehensive program ensures a well-rounded and exhilarating adventure as you dive into the underwater world and embrace the thrill of exploring beneath the waves.

Pick Up Information

We pick you up from South Bali (Sanur, Kuta, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Mcd Jimbaran, Nusa Dua ITDC, Central Ubud). For other areas please get in touch for additional fee. If more than 1 transport is required, additional fee is applied.
