Narcosis Scuba, the original dive shop since 1996! A woman-owned, full service Dive Shop located in the historic Tarpon Springs, right along Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast.

We provide scuba and fishing charters on our 32 ft Custom built, Sport-Craft, conveniently located at the Tarpon Springs City Marina on the world-famous sponge docks!

We offer a full line of diving and snorkeling equipment from leading manufacturers such as Aqua-Lung, Sherwood, Akona and Genesis.

We're easy to find - Just head down the Main Street of the Historic District of Tarpon Springs. We are on E. Tarpon Ave. You can't miss us!

No prior experience with scuba diving is necessary, but you need to be in reasonable physical health.

What to expect

Before getting in the water, you’ll spend about 20–30 minutes learning basic dive safety and fundamentals. With guidance from a PADI Divemaster or Instructor, you’ll get fitted with scuba gear, learn how to use it, and practice simple skills in a pool or calm water setting. Once you’re comfortable, your experience wraps up with free time underwater or even a guided open water dive (not included with course) —giving you a real taste of scuba adventure!
