The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is your next step after Open Water and Adventure Diver certification, preparing you for specialty and rescue diver courses.
You’ll begin with eLearning, completing brief knowledge reviews focused on the dives you’ll be doing—no exams or long study sessions, just relevant theory to support real diving adventures.
Then, across 2 days, you’ll complete five training dives: Deep Dive (mandatory), Underwater Navigation Dive (mandatory), Plus three elective Adventure Dives (e.g., Peak Performance Buoyancy, Enriched Air Nitrox, Fish Identification, Search & Recovery, etc.). Each dive focuses on building practical skills, learning how to adapt to new environments, and increasing your situational awareness underwater.
