Minimum age: 10+
Min. certification: None
Min logged dives: None
No prior experience with scuba diving is required. You must be in good physical health and be able to float for 10 minutes and swim 200 m unaided and without stopping. Please note that completing a theory portion is mandatory for this course (via eLearning). The starting date is the orientation date where the water dates are chosen. This package has upgradeable options but there are no hidden fees.

What to expect

The PADI Open Water Diver course consists of three main phases. Most people begin with home study, also known as knowledge development. Study online at your convenience. Next, you'll practice scuba skills in a pool or calm water environment (confined water). When you're ready, you'll make your first dive in open water. The Open Water Diver course with Divers Incorporated includes Six dives. During each one, you'll perform a few skills followed by a guided dive with your instructor. After completing your first four training dives, you'll be a certified PADI Open Water Diver for life! The additional two dives are offered to help you build confidence and Safety with PADI Specialty Dives.
