The Sub Atlantis center has been operating since 1994 in the frame of the renowned Zingaro Nature Reserve, as well as the first protected area established in Sicily, whose crystalline waters attract thousands of tourists every year from all over the world. The divers of the center, professionals in the sector, are available for diving, excursions, courses and snorkeling to be carried out both in the caves and on the wrecks that dot the depths of the Zingaro Reserve and the coast from Castellammare del Golfo to San Vito Lo Capo, jewels of the Western Sicily. What to expect

The Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about advancing your skills. Available also in eLearning, the first phase of this training is Knowledge Development, which includes lessons on popular specialty dives. In the second phase you'll practice underwater navigation and buoyancy, try deep diving and make three specialty dives of your choosing. During the final phase, after some skill practice with your instructor, you'll make five open water dives. There's no exam because this course is truly about having fun and gaining experience. For every specialty dive you complete, you can earn credit toward PADI® specialty certifications.
