PADI 5 Star Dive Center

Evasioni Blu Diving is strategically located directly at the port of Ustica in "Cala Santa Maria". The dive center is just a few steps from our diving boat. We are also close to the town center of the island of Ustica where most of the hotels, bars and restaurants are located.

Our dive center is fully equipped to rent all diving equipment. We use 10L, 15L and 18L steel cylinders with DIN/INT connection. Nitrox is also available. 

The dive center offers all comforts: toilet, dressing room, space for storing personal equipment, multimedia room and rinsing area. We also have a nice terrace with a beautiful view on the port where we can relax during the surface interval with some fresh drinks and delicious homemade Sicilian cakes and fresh fruit. 

Our instructors put years of experience and professionalism at your service to improve your diving knowledge and skills. Our expert dive guides will make you discover the most beautiful and interesting sites, guaranteeing you a fun and unique experience. 

Each dive site can be reached in just a few minutes of navigation. We have a brand new Master zodiac (2021) that was designed and created to offer every diver space and comfort. 

Get ready to admire the wonders of the first Marine Protected Area of Italy! The Marine Protected Area of Ustica hosts 60% of all Mediterranean marine life. The volcanic origin of the island created its dramatic shaped seabed, offering a completely new underwater scenery on every dive site and around every corner. From easy open water divers, to advanced technical diving, from reefs to caves and wrecks, from critters to pelagic, Ustica has it all!

What to expect

The first day you will be introduced to your course during an orientation session and you will start learning your theory either individually or in classroom sessions. You will start your practical session on the second day.

You'll learn the theory of wreck diving, such as local laws, equipment and safety considerations, but also how to find all the info you would like to have on any underwater wreck around the world. 

Explore every part of underwater wrecks during your practical sessions and practice safety guidelines with your instructor while doing so.

Meet at the dive center

The dive center is located at the Cala Santa Maria cove of Ustica and directly face the port. You can easily recognise our dive center from its comfortabel spacey terrace, the sign "Evasioni Blu Diving" and the PADI flag and dive flag. Our staff will be waiting there for you.
