You learn basic freediving principles, focus on practicing breathhold techniques in a pool or confined water site and then focus on the depth skills
The experience start with meeting at the dive shop where you'll fit the equipment and get ready to start the adventure.
You'll review the knowledge with the instructor and then you'll start practicing the breathhold skills and techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea, plus proper buddy procedures in a confined water environment.
The open water sessions scenery will be the Cenote: a unique environment where you'll practice free immersion and constant weight for the rest of the 2 days.
From the 5th avenue turn in the 4th street down to the beach. Scuba Libre is on the left side of the street just 50 mt from the beach. If you are staying at Sandos Caracol or Playacar the meeting time will be at Scuba Libre dive shop located in the Sandos' beach
