Perfect relaxing days
First, I would like to thank all the staff for the perfect service. Especially Mr. Mosaad and Mr. Michael from room service. But also Mrs. Basmala and the chef Refaat, who prepared a fantastic BBQ for us. The hotel is located on numerous small islands amidst a lush landscape. The rooms are large, and we had direct access to the beach. We were very pampered there: loungers, small drinks, and smiles everywhere. The standards throughout the hotel are very high and truly lived up to. You'll encounter helpful staff everywhere. Many thanks to the entire team for a great week. Kathrin and Peter

This was a super relaxing holiday
Well, what else can you say except, just super super great. The facility is fantastic, the hotel itself perfect. Not to mention food. You really get something going here, from the BBQ with jazz or the fantastic experience dinner on the beach. We were always received very kindly by Basmala, the good soul, who always offered us a place unerringly and had an open ear for every request. At the booth we were taken care of by Ali and his great boys, from snacking to fulfilling our drink wishes. They even organized a cocktail workshop. Youssuf, as boss DJ, provided the evening hustle and bustle with show performances. Elsayed provided excellently for the accompanying drinks, we sat down especially in his area. Really an excellent service from him. Thank you to the whole team who made our stay unforgettable.

Everybody is sooo friendly Amany and all her colleagues at the desk. Did everything to make us feel so good! Also the staff at the restaurant was amazing... Especially Mohamed and his colleagues in the restaurant made our experience here unforgettable!! And the food was so good also for vegetarians! Our room was perfect and very big and also lots of closet space!! The dive center had the best dive masters and helpers! All of the staff work very hard and long hours they are amazing!!!!!

A comfortable family-oriented resort
I spent a few days at Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna on a kitesurf trip to Egypt 🇪🇬. The resort is a massive complex extending across several artificial islands connected by bridges and walkways. Golf carts are used to deliver luggage and take the customers to the furthest buildings. Although the resort was built more than twenty years ago, good maintenance and modernization work have kept it at a very good standard. My room was spacious and fitted with all the necessary accessories. It was very quiet, which is always a plus in such a sprawling complex. A large terrace with two sunbeds faced one of the many small artificial lagoons. The presence of a Nespresso coffee machine was welcomed. The bathroom was also large and well equipped. I had dinner once at the Italian restaurant, but the experience was disappointing. On the other hand, breakfast was excellent, with a superb buffet offering plenty of pastry, bread, bakery, and fruit options. Service was overall efficient, although the front desk staff's English level made communication sometimes difficult. I also noted that before 9:00 AM, it was difficult to get a taxi or a tuktuk, a very popular local transportation means. Overall, Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna is a very good option for a stay, mainly in family, in El Gouna. I have no issue recommending it.

Nice 10 days of relaxation
A first-class hotel in a great setting. since we already know several hotels in Egypt, we were very surprised by this one. Particularly noteworthy is the cuisine, thanks to the German chef, food reasonably seasoned and there was even "warm potato salad" it was only the Viennese were missing:-) But also on the beaches, the bars, the restaurants and especially our cleaning staff were all very friendly. Of course there are also 2-3 small criticisms, the beach chairs and the umbrellas would have to be given a new coat of paint and the glasses on the beach (yes are made of plastic, but if glass breaks ... ) could be replaced sometime. Since through the dishwashers ...
