Beautiful lodge with great service. We loved the kayaks you could take out whenever you wanted. The pool was well-maintained and clean with crystal clear water. We arranged a snorkeling tour with them and everything was coordinated beautifully. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Andilana beach - very safe, passing many other tourist hotels along the way - it was a better beach for hanging out and other food options. We stayed in a stand-alone hut, which was cute and had good mosquito netting, though next time, I'd opt for a room with air conditioning.

Excellent hotel with beautiful sunsets
The staff were very friendly and professional, they went out of their way to help me and organise trips to other Islands. Room I have was very comfortable with a/c and a huge terrace with a sofa and 2 chairs overlookincmg the sea. Perfect positioned for spectacular sunsets! The food is good and they were able to provide me with alternatives as the veggie menu, like most in Madagascar, is somewhat limited! The cocktail were delicious. The pool is a good size with a nice sun bed area and overlooks the sea. After a days snorkeling I still went for a swim in the evening! I stayed here for 5 days and will do so again if I ever return to Nosy Be. Thank you so much to all the staff especially Alex who took the time to make sure my day trips were tailored to my mobility needs.

quiet beautiful location
The location of the hotel is very nice and quiet. Andlana beach can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. The facility very clean. Our room was large and well equipped with a terrace with beautiful sea views (great sunsets). The staff is very friendly. Food is fine, too. We really enjoyed the stay.

The most amazing sunsets!!!
We were five adults and spent three days at Emeraude. Wow! If you love sunsets, then Emeraude is the place to be. The sunsets are absolutely amazing from the lodge!!! A wide rangeof breakfast options and delicious dinners are available, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Jenny at reception is amazing. She arranged our two boat excursions to Komba, Tanikely, Vorona and Iranja with a tour guide (Justin). When we moved to another accommodation for the rest of our stay, we continued to use Justin as he arranged the rest of our excursions. He even arranged our transport back to the airport for our departure. Thank you Jenny, Adema (not sure of spelling) and Vincenzo for checking in us. Hopefully we can visit again in the near future.
