We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final

3. 48H FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period

Description

Seaventures Dive Rig is a 5* PADI IDC dive center offering trips to Mabul, Kapalai and Sipadan.

Learning to dive will change the way you see the world. Get yourself certified or continue your underwater education with Seaventures. 

The center offers a range of recreational and TEC courses, in 4 stunning dive sites including a house reef which is famous for its sunken wrecks, cage swims and artificial bungalows.

Resort Description

Seaventures Dive Rig is a unique dive platform and resort where you can eat, dive, sleep, repeat to your heart's content.

If you're looking for somewhere quirky, where you can truly maximize your diving with plenty of like-minded travelers, Seaventures Dive Rig is the perfect place. Despite the relaxed, no-frills feel, the air-conditioned rooms are comfortable and clean, with fresh bedding and towels as well as hot water showers. 

The 5* PADI IDC dive center on site, offers a full range of courses. Dives on the house reef are free and unlimited, and Seaventures boats also make daily trips to Sipadan, Mabul and Kapalai. Sipadan Island is one of the best dive site in the world for its stunning reef dives, wall dives that drop 600 meters and its enchanting swim-throughs.

A big BBQ or buffet of delicious home-cooked food, and a help-yourself dessert fridge stocked with crème brûlée, are at hand for refueling after days spent in the sea.

How to get there

Arrival

  • The resort will arrange a land and boat transfer from Tawau town, or Tawau Airport (free for groups of 2 or more, additional fee applies for single travelers, scheduled time of departure from airport is 8:30am, 11:00am). Pick up from Semporna town available.
  • Check in is 2pm

Departure

  • The resort will arrange a land and boat transfer to Semporna town, Tawau town, Tawau Airport (free for groups of 2 or more, additional fee applies for single travelers)
  • Boat departure time is 11:00am or 2:00pm. If flying on departure day, flights must be not earlier than 3:30pm. Free for groups of 2 or more, additional fee applies for single travelers. All departure destination or drop off must be confirmed by check-in date. If not confirmed by check-in date, the resort will transfer to Semporna only.
  • Check out is 12pm
  • All departure destination or drop off must be confirmed by check-in date. If not confirmed by check-in date, the resort will transfer to Semporna only.
