Hurawalhi Island Resort

Arrival

• Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, guests should clear immigration and customs at Terminal 1, where the dedicated CCR Airport team will welcome them with Hurawalhi resort signage. Guests will then be escorted to the Trans Maldivian Airways check-in counter at Gate 4. Alternatively, they may proceed directly to the TMA counter, while assistance is also available at the CCR Counter in Terminal 2. 
• After seaplane check-in, guests are transferred by bus to the Noovilu Seaplane Terminal, approximately 10 minutes away. Complimentary access to the TMA Coral Lounge is provided while waiting for the scheduled flight, with meals, refreshments, Wi-Fi, comfortable seating and shower facilities available.  
• The scenic seaplane journey to Hurawalhi Island Resort takes approximately 40 minutes. Transfers are normally scheduled within one to three hours after guests have cleared immigration and customs. 
• Seaplanes operate during daylight hours. Same-day transfers can be arranged for international flights arriving in the Maldives between 06:00 and 15:00. The final seaplane normally departs by approximately 17:00, and the check-in counter closes at 16:30. Guests unable to connect with the final transfer may need to stay overnight in Malé or at another resort before travelling to Hurawalhi the following day. 
• The luggage allowance is 20 kg of checked baggage and 5 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage is charged at USD 5 per kg, plus 17% GST, and may occasionally be transported on a later flight according to TMA safety regulations and procedures. 

Departure

• Return seaplane transfers can be arranged for international flights departing from Velana International Airport from 09:00 onwards. Transfer times are coordinated according to the international departure schedule and remain subject to daylight operating hours and weather conditions.
