Once we receive your booking, we double check availability with the dive operator and reserve your spot

2. CONFIRMATION

We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final

3. 48H FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period

Description

Prodivers Hurawalhi is the third dive center operated by Prodivers within Lhaviyani Atoll, offering personalized service and easy access to some of the Maldives’ most pristine reef systems.

Divers can explore more than 60 nearby dive sites, many of which are reached within half-day excursions. Thanks to the remote nature of the atoll, dive sites are often uncrowded, creating a far more relaxed and exclusive underwater experience.

The multilingual team of experienced instructors offers recreational diving and a full range of PADI courses, from beginner certifications to continuing education programs for more advanced divers.

Resort Description

Hurawalhi Island Resort is located within the stunning Lhaviyani Atoll in the Maldives, offering 90 villas and three restaurants and bars in luxurious surroundings.

Dine at the wonderful Canneli Restaurant or book a special meal at the 5.8 Undersea Restaurant  - the largest undersea restaurant in the world - offering fine dining among schools of reef fish. The Champagne Pavilion offers a great setting to watch dolphins and eagle rays swimming in the ocean during sunset.

The two-story fitness center offers gorgeous views of one of the the atoll's channels and nearby sandbank and it's not uncommon to spot dolphins and manta rays in the distance. There's also the Duniye Spa on-site, offering a range of premium beauty and relaxation treatments.

When you’re not diving, eating or relaxing, the games room, sports ground and marine biology center offer entertainment and enjoyment, while photography sessions and diversity of excursions are available too.

How to get there

Arrival

  • Upon arrival, after clearing immigration and exiting the customs area, you will be greeted by a resort representative in the arrivals hall who will assist you with your bags and take you to the seaplane terminal.
  • If you do not see the Hurawalhi Representative, please approach the Crown & Champa Resorts’ Counter #B9 nearby. You will be transferred from the international airport to the seaplane terminal, where you can relax in the Hurawalhi Lounge while in transit.
  • The seaplane journey is available only during daylight hours. The scenic seaplane journey is 150km from Velana International Airport, a 40-minute seaplane-ride. 
  • For your arrival, seaplane transfer can be arranged for international flights that arrive in the Maldives between 09:00hrs onwards. 
  • Baggage allowance on seaplanes is 20kg checked in luggage and 5kg for hand luggage (L: 33cm × W: 20cm × H: 28cm) per person. The Airline will carry excess baggage subject to payload availability at a cost of US$6.43 per kg.
  • The Airline reserves the right to refuse any out-sized items or bag-gage as well as restricted articles or dangerous goods. In extraordinary circumstances, luggage may be transported by boat or later flight (Policies & Procedures as per Trans Maldivian Airways regulations).

Departure

  • Having checked out, Hurawalhi staff will be on hand to help deliver your baggage to the island’s pier where the shared seaplane will be waiting to transfer you to Male International Airport.
  • For your departure, seaplane transfer can be arranged for international flights that depart from Maldives from 09:30hrs onwards.
