Once you check in at Dahab Divers Lodge you will get an orientation briefing of Dahab and the Dive Center facilities. The sitting area under a wooden shade with ceiling fans, surrounded by some beautiful plants invites the divers to stay, chill out and have some good laughs and conversations after a great day diving. Another opportunity to relax, write your logbook or study some dive theory, is the Bedouin seating area in front of the small kitchen.
We limit the amount of divers to a maximum of six per dive-guide and we make sure that everyone in the group has about the same level of dive experience.
Our facilities provide new and well maintained dive equipment and gets serviced regularly, just like our on site BAUER compressor.
A big rinsing pool with separate pools for booties and regulators as well as lockers and hangers for your dive gear are provided. Furthermore we offer a 24 hour security service.
The spacious classroom for the dive theory sessions is equipped with fan, TV and dvd player, PADI materials and a whiteboard.
The experienced dive team at Dahab Divers Lodge is not only FUN and knowledgeable but considering safety first, all our dive staff are medic first aid trained. We are also extremely approachable for any questions or requests, diving- or non-diving related, to make sure your Dahab holiday is just what you were looking for.
The location close to the Lighthouse allows us to kit up in the Dive Center, load the gear on a trolly and in no time we can descent and enjoy the stunning marine life of the Lighthouse Reef. This is especially comfortable if you have not been diving for a while and need a Scuba Review, or if you are participating in a PADI entry level course, as there is a perfect confined area to learn or refresh your diving skills in a safe environment with pool like conditions.
Also non- divers are welcome to join us on a day out to just chill out in the sun in one of the laid back Bedouin Restaurants. If you are interested in snorkeling you will certainly get a separate briefing from our dive professional and also some advice on techniques and where to find the most interesting marine life.
We at Dahab Divers Lodge are passionate about diving and the underwater world and want to share this passion with our guests. We are aiming at educating our divers to become the advocates of this beautiful and fragile environment. We encourage safe diving techniques, responsible behavior, awareness and sustainability in and out of the water. We frequently organize beach and underwater clean ups inspired by PADIs Project A.W.A.R.E (Aquatic World Awareness Responsibility and Education).
