With 35 years of service in the Long Island & New York City area, we are a proud PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center. We offer classes from Discover Scuba through Master Scuba Diver & a variety of Technical & Specialty Courses including Instructor Development courses, Dive Professional and First Aid Instruction and Instructor Training and Public Safety & Emergency Response diving. SCUBA Network Long Island will train you to be the best diver you can be in the waters off Long Island!

Our Sales and Service Departments can keep your gear in tiptop shape and ready to dive, from annual service to damage repair, to equipment modifications. We handle all brands from Apeks to Zeagle, and everything from BCDs to Regulators Dry & Wetsuits, and Cameras to Dive Computers; if it's a SCUBA gear issue or purchase we have you covered!

Our Training staff is in the pool with classes starting every month and local dives for certification are held year-round OR you can be referred out to exotic dive spots or join one of our many travel excursions from Aruba to Fiji to Florida and Maui to the Maldives to Zacaton...and every dive destination in-between! We have travel programs to suit every dive level!

Requirements

Minimum age: 18+
Min. certification: Advanced Open Water Certification required
Min logged dives: +20 logged dives required
Must be Advanced Open Water certified unless diving with Instructor for certification. Must have Advanced Dive Gear: All boat divers must have their own gloves, 2 cutting tools, DSMB and spool, Wreck Reel, Primary Light, Backup light and proof of AOW, Deep (or higher) certification( or be on training dives). A JON LINE is highly recommended. Must show proof of East Coast dives unless a student or booking Discover Local Diving with an instructor/DM/AI. What to expect

Leaving from the Shinnecock inlet, the Halftime runs to all the major off-shore and in-shore wrecks of Long Island and the north-western Atlantic Ocean. From pelagic sharks and whales in season, to the historic wrecks spanning 5 centuries of being the largest port in North America.
