All guests will receive an email with: 1. All the documents & declaration forms to be filled online & sent back to us. 2. A menu plan for the whole trip ( breakfast- lunch-dinner) as the food will be on set menu basis. 3. For the safety of our guests and our Ocean we want to limit the plastic use/ waste on board so we would highly recommend that each guest would bring with him/her: a. Towel b. Plastic reusable flask c. Thermos cup c. Reusable Cup d. Masks (fabric or medical) e. Face shields f. Reusable straw g. Own cutlery (if preferred) However we will be providing them on board too but in limited quantities. All the surfaces of the boat and the kitchen will be disinfected with bleach (Clorox based disinfectant) All fabrics, linen and beds will be disinfected by our heat steamers. Sanitizers will be available everywhere on board. Trash bins designated only for masks and tissues waste. Masks will be available for guests if needed. All our Guest contact Crew members will be wearing, Masks, Face shields.gloves. The 12 Guests will have their briefing at the same time however, guests should respect the social distance and leave space between each other. Thanks to our spacious salon that would allow this easily. - Guests will be divided into two groups ( 6 each) for gearing up and getting into the zodiac, then then the second group will start gearing up and follow the first group. - Please bring your own fog spray for your mask, as tanks will not be available for use. Meals will be prepared and served according to the meal plan received by the guest before the trip. - Our chef will do his best to accommodate any dietary needs during the trip, however the change of meal must be done 1 day before the change and it will depend on the availability. - All the plates, forks and knives will be washed and disinfected in our dish washer and if any of the guests wish to use his/her personal cutlery, he/she should bring unbreakable plates and mark them. - To protect guests, all onboard snacks will be individually wrapped like packed cupcake, yogurt, chips, biscuits. Diving/kiting Equipment - Each guests will be responsible for disinfecting his/her own equipment ; however all the whole diving area will be disinfected by our crew members. - Will leave one empty diving seat between each diver. - Diving Equipment rental will not be provided, so each guest should bring his/her own diving gear. - Our Crew will be there for helping our guests with putting on their equipment only upon request from the guest. Cleaning rooms & bathrooms Public areas - Your room will be cleaned and disinfected everyday by our crew, Guests should tidy away items in wardrobe or other facilities provided...this includes toothbrushes and any personal hygiene kits when not using it before our housekeepers enter the room. - Signs will be available inside cabins for guests to choose whether guests wish their beds to be tidy up by our housekeepers or not. - All public areas will be disinfected by our crew member, and sprays will be available also for your use. - Disinfectant facilities are available on board for guests to use.

We usually get back to you within 24 hours to confirm that your booking is final

3. 48H FREE CANCELLATION PERIOD

You then have 48 hours to take care of other travel arrangements. Your credit card will only be charged after that period

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel more than 91 days before the start of your trip, you will forfait 30% of your total booking, 80% if you cancel between 35 and 91 days and 100% if you cancel less than 35 days of your trip.

SPECIAL CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) CANCELLATION POLICY: In case any you proved that you have Covid 19 symptoms or tested positive 15 days before the trip date. 90% of his trip cost will be refunded.  This should be proved by a medical document.

Description

The MY Galaxy is straight out of the top drawer for luxury liveaboard diving in the Red Sea

Superlatives are inadequate to describe this boat of truly cosmic proportions and one of the top vessels in the Red Sea catalogue.

This is the perfect boat for groups and Dive Clubs, great Full Charter rates

Built in 2009, this liveaboard boat makes use of the latest in marine technology, with twin 1400 HP MTU engines and super Silent generators.

At over 42 metres in length, Galaxy oozes space and elegance. The stylish Saloon is huge and beautifully fitted with large seaview windows and swish sofa seating to relax with a drink from the bar or espresso machine, or catch a movie on the 42" plasma screen TV. Galaxy also allows guests to stay connected with complimentary onboard internet access. There is a dedicated air-conditioned Restaurant towards the bow of the Main Deck. 

The Galaxy can accomodate 24 guests in 12 Cabins. Standard cabins on the Lower and Upper Decks are all bright and spacious with personal unit air-conditioning and private bathrooms. The King-size Royal Suite is immaculately designed, being large enough for 2 sofas and a separate walk-in shower cubicle in its bathroom. It is also equipped with a personal TV and DVD player. There are 2 more King-size Suites on the Upper Deck with large windows. 

Like most Scuba Divers in the Red Sea, you'll want to make the most of your available time underwater. The Galaxy provides free Nitrox for all qualified Divers to enable you to do this. MY Galaxy also takes its guest safety seriously too. That's why everyone gets free use of the ENOS satellite location and rescue system. This means you don't need to be concerned about getting lost at sea - Galaxy look after you! 

The Galaxy's Dive Deck and Platform will not disappoint you either. There are toilets, hot water showers, and charging points for batteries. 2 large motorised dinghies with experienced Guides will whisk you away to all the top Red Sea dive spots.

International cuisine and Local delicacies are 'flavour of the day' onboard Galaxy, served buffet style in the air-conditioned restaurant. Pizzas are made as afternoon snacks, with ice-cream sometimes offered as dessert after meals. Beer, wine, spirits and espresso are available for purchase onboard. Vegetarian and other special diets can be catered for with prior notice.
