Ratu Laut, meaning Queen of the Sea, is a traditional Indonesian Phinisi that has been exploring the archipelago since 2008.
Originally built for surfing charters, she was fully refurbished in 2016 and converted into a comfortable and functional scuba diving liveaboard, equipped with a new engine, updated safety systems, and modern facilities. Designed to host up to 12 guests, Ratu Laut offers four cabins: two smaller ones with twin bunk beds and two larger 4-bunk cabins, including one on the main deck. With a relaxed dining area and ample space on deck to unwind between dives, this charming vessel offers a warm and adventurous experience at great value.
In collaboration with Barefoot Conservation NGO, Queen of the Sea offers unique research-focused expeditions. Divers joining these voyages can contribute to valuable marine conservation efforts while exploring some of Indonesia’s most pristine reefs.
Whether you're here to unwind or assist in the collection of vital ecological data, Queen of the Sea promises an intimate and purpose-driven liveaboard experience in the heart of Raja Ampat.
