As a traditional, timber phinisi, the luxurious Tiger Blue expertly ferries divers between the most coveted of eastern Indonesia’s dive sites.

Throughout the year, the Tiger Blue offers a variety of itineraries lasting between 4 and 9 nights. Because the focus of the yacht is on charter cruises, the itineraries are completely customizable. However, a few set cruises are offered during each season. In general, the three areas in which the Tiger Blue sails are Komodo, Raja Ampat and the Banda Sea.

What you can expect

M/S Tiger Blue is a traditional 34m phinisi yatch that schedules year round diving adventures to Komodo Island and Raja Ampat in Indonesia. This liveaboard has 10 crew and offers a 5 Star service and spectacular diving. There are up to four dives per day. Thus, Scuba Diving enthusiasts will surely enjoy their stay onboard M/S Tiger Blue.

M/S Tiger Blue has five luxurious cabins and can accommodate 12-14 guests. All cabins have air conditioning units and bathrooms with showers. Daily housekeeping and laundry services are also provided.

The cabin on the Main Deck has a kingsize bed, an ensuite bathroom and spectacular views on either side of the boat. It is also near the back of the boat so it is the least affected by any movement, just perfect for those who are prone to sea sickness. The Lower Deck accommodates 2 Double cabins with kingsize beds that can be made into 2 Singles, en-suite bathrooms and plenty of storage.  There is a Family cabin which can sleep four, is towards the front of the boat. It has a kingsize bed and two full size single beds in the bow, as well as an en-suite bathroom.

Tiger Blue has complimentary toiletries they are phosphate-free and water based, to have minimal impact on the environment : soap, conditioning shampoo and shower gel, cucumber and aloe vera lotion. Our coconut-based sun cream is factor 50.

Guests can enjoy relaxing evenings on the Dining Deck, top Sun Deck (with large deck beds) and the Salon. The on-board executive Chef always prepares fresh food, which are a variety of Asian and Western cuisine. Vegetarians and guest with special dietary considerations are also accommodated. 3 meals a day are served, starting with a sumptuous breakfast of hot and cold choices, fruit juices and smoothies. Lunch and Dinner tend to be 3 courses including a dessert. Cappuccino, Americano, Indian, Earl Grey, peppermint, chamomile are available on board.

All soft drinks and beers are included in your charter on Tiger Blue. For international spirits, cocktails and a selection of house red and white wines you can either order by the glass or take our optional, unlimited drinks package.

There is an intermittent cellular service throughout the Komodo National Park as well as close to Sorong and Ambon.  Elsewhere it is weak or non-existent. Whilst on board, we provide a satellite telephone for your personal use, which is charged at $2 per minute

M/S Tiger Blue can be chartered privately or on an individual cabin basis
