Sindbad Dive Club is a warm, welcoming, and super-experienced PADI 5★ IDC Dive Resort, located on the crystal-clear shores of Aqaba's Marine Park. As one of the pioneers of scuba diving in Jordan, and the only dive center located directly in front of the marine park, you’re in safe and professional hands — with plenty of fun guaranteed!

Whether you’re diving or snorkeling, you can start your adventure right from the beach or hop aboard one of our spacious, purpose-built dive boats from Berenice Beach Club’s private jetty. Looking for something truly special? Enjoy a full-day trip aboard our traditional wooden sailing ship — a scenic experience both above and below the surface.

What to expect

We'll pick you up from your hotel in the morning, by mini van which will drop you at our dive club. We'll have your gear ready in advance, so you can simply try it on and make sure you are comfortable.

When we arrive at the snorkel site, we'll do a safety briefing, gear up and hop onto the reef with a guide.

Marine life in Aqaba is exceedingly vibrant, with rare blue and neon yellow corals. You may see a spanish dancer, turtle, octopus, lionfish and many more reef fish in light-filled coral shallows. It is also possible to dive on an airplane wreck, ship wreck and a coral-covered tank. After the snorkeling, we offer refreshments like soft drinks, water, tea and coffee.

Then, we head back to Aqaba. Your guide will be happy to debrief with you and talk you through some of the species you encountered. You can do this on the beach or at our dive center - there is a table out of the dive club which is perfect for this.

When you snorkel with us, expect a warm and welcoming crew with professional standards and high quality equipment. What more could you want when snorkeling in Jordan?
