Cabo Private Guide evolved out of a desire to provide a personal and exclusive service to those who want to escape the crowd in busy Cabo San Lucas and explore Baja California Sur on an affordable private basis. We provide AFFORDABLE private dive guides for all individuals/couples/groups so that you can focus on enjoying your dive. We provide AFFORDABLE private instructors for all course. Maybe you're a photographer looking for a particular animal? Or an early-bird diver wanting to arrive at the dive site before everybody else? You probably want to dive according to your air consumption and not be restricted to the abilities of others? Our dive guides have a minimum of 6 month's dive pro experience in Baja California Sur. Our instructors have a minimum 25 certifications each, however the current staff have much, much more! Female owner, bilingual guides.

Min logged dives: 4 logged dives required
If it has been a while please take advantage of our free pre-dive refreshers! Ask on arrival. If it has been more than a few years we recommend the PADI ReAcitvate course. Even though you're fun diving and no course medical will be issued by our staff on check-in, you do still need to be in good physical condition and no new injuries or illnesses.

What to expect

We will meet at Cabo Private Guide headquarters at 7.30am and introduce you to your private guide. Then it's an 8 minute walk to the dive boat on the other side of the marina. Once we set up our tanks and double check everything is good to go we will head out to the bay and decide which dive sites look the best that particular day. Your guide has many years experience diving in this area and will make an informed decision while keeping your preferences in mind. On the surface interval we will take some pictures at the Arch and do a little sightseeing from the Cortez side over to the Pacific. We return to the dock by lunchtime. You can opt to leave us here or return to the dive shop with us and get stamps for the log books!

Meet at the dive center

If you are arriving marina side you need to turn towards Plaza Nautica at Dock K. Walk until you see Cabo Sailing office and turn right. Or, if you arrive roadside, then just look for Cabo Cantina bar (next to the Casino), enter the Plaza and we're on the left!
